Sibongile Chimimba is a seasoned leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in management and consulting across various sectors, including international development, telecommunications, aviation, and media. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as the British Council, Transtel, South African Airways, Tracker Networks, and MultiChoice South Africa.

Sibongile specializes in values-based leadership and behavior change. She works with executives and leadership teams across Africa to align personal values and organizational strategies, enabling leaders to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose. Her approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable transformation begins when leaders live their values authentically—creating ripple effects across teams, cultures, and entire organizations.

 

She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Development and is a certified John Maxwell coach, consultant, and trainer. She is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach.
