Naomi Chitambira - Organizational Development Expert & Executive Coach
Naomi has over 10 years of organization development experience and has worked in Southern Africa Region in a wide range of roles including,leadership development and coaching, change management, culture change, organizational strategy,succession planning, and consulting. She is well versed with a host of tools to identify leadership development needs, design high impact leadership development programs, manage implementation and monitoring impact and making changes to optimize business results.
She is a Doctoral Candidate –Doctor of Strategic Leadership (Regent University, USA). Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (Regent University,USA), Master of Business Administration (South Africa), Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, Erickson Certified Professional Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Tinashe Chitambira - Executive Director, Senior Partner
Tinashe has over 24 years’ executive management and consulting experience in the Africa region and globally. He is a skilled facilitator with hands on business experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science Honors. Founding partner at Strengths Inc with vast experience in business development consulting and facilitation.
Sibongile Chimimba - Executive Coach & Consultant
Sibongile has over 20 years management experience working with various companies in the region which include British Council, Transtel, South African Airways, Tracker Networks and Multi Choice South Africa. She has special interest in Behavior Change through the alignment of the Values and Mindset.Over the years, she has assisted leaders in organizations to realign their strategies in order to have greater influential impact. She has worked with leaders in Uganda, Ethiopia, Malawi, Eswatini, South Africa, Nigeria, Rwanda, Cameroon and Sierra Leone. Her mission is to move values from the wall into the heart of the leader. She holds MA in Organizational Behavior & Development. She is a certified John Maxwell coach, consultant and trainer, and also certified Marshall Goldsmith coach and trainer.
