Tinashe is a seasoned executive and leadership advisor with more than 25 years of experience in executive management, organizational consulting, and strategic leadership development across Africa and internationally.

As a founding partner and Executive Director at Strengths Inc., Tinashe leads the firm’s strategic vision, working closely with clients to drive sustainable growth, leadership alignment, and high-impact transformation. His career bridges practical business leadership and systemic consulting, enabling him to support senior executives and leadership teams through complex change, performance challenges, and succession transitions.

He has partnered with a wide range of organizations across sectors, including agribusiness, non-profit institutions, public service, and financial services, helping them unlock organizational potential through tailored leadership strategies, team development, and culture alignment initiatives. Known for his insightful, engaging, and facilitative approach, he creates environments that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and commitment to meaningful outcomes.

He is recognized for his ability to blend strategic thinking, behavioral insight, and pragmatic business acumen into impactful client engagements. His work focuses on leadership effectiveness, systems alignment, strategy, and organizational resilience.  Tinashe holds a Master of Business Administration from a South African institution and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

Dr Naomi Chitambira

Dr. Chitambira is an accomplished Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach with over 15 years of experience supporting organizations across financial services, manufacturing, agri-business, and the public sector. As a founding partner of Strengths Inc., she is widely recognized for her ability to lead transformational change and build leadership capacity that drives sustained business performance. She specializes in leadership development, global leadership, cultural transformation, and succession planning, areas in which she combines strategic acumen with a deep commitment to human-centered growth. She is especially passionate about succession as both a strategic imperative and human development, guiding organizations to develop intentional pipelines for the next generation of leaders. A trusted advisor to executive teams, Naomi brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to her work, helping clients align culture with strategy, strengthen organizational resilience, and foster high-performing, purpose-driven teams. She has led enterprise-wide leadership and culture initiatives for both regional and global organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Chitambira holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University (USA) and MBA from South African with a distinction in entrepreneurship. She is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, an Erickson Certified Professional Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).  In addition to her consulting work, she is a published author and speaker on topics related to leadership, organizational health, and generational succession. She is passionate about equipping leaders to lead boldly, sustainably, and with heart. With a track record of delivering measurable impact, Dr. Chitambira brings a distinctive blend of strategic foresight, coaching expertise, and operational excellence to her client engagements.

Sibongile Chimimba is a seasoned leadership consultant with more than 20 years of management and consulting experience across a range of sectors, including international development, telecommunications, aviation, and media. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as the British Council, Transtel, South African Airways, Tracker Networks, and MultiChoice South Africa.

Sibongile specializes in values-based leadership and behavior change. She works with executives and leadership teams across Africa to align personal values and organizational strategies, enabling leaders to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose. Her approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable transformation begins when leaders live their values authentically—creating ripple effects across teams, cultures, and entire organizations. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Development and is a certified John Maxwell coach, consultant, and trainer. She is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. Sibongile integrates these globally recognized frameworks with her deep practical experience to design impactful leadership journeys that cultivate growth, alignment, and long-term change.

Aaron Makahamadze is a seasoned executive and trusted advisor in corporate governance and leadership development, bringing over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He has held senior leadership roles at Ericsson Botswana and currently serves at Econet Wireless, where he has led initiatives in operational excellence, strategic transformation, and organizational innovation.

With a strong background in aligning business operations with long-term strategic objectives, Aaron partners with boards, executive teams, and management to build leadership capacity, enhance governance frameworks, and drive sustainable growth. His collaborative, outcomes-focused approach enables organizations to unlock the full potential of their leaders and teams.

Aaron holds a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from Midlands State University. He is deeply passionate about the role of leadership in shaping high-performing, resilient organizations and believes in its power to inspire lasting impact across industries and communities.

With a dynamic, high-energy coaching style, Mietani partners with corporate leaders and executives to build executive presence, craft persuasive messaging, and navigate high-stakes communication with influence and impact. His work bridges the worlds of performance and leadership, enabling clients to find their voice and lead with presence.

Recognized for his award-winning contributions to the performing arts, Mietani brings creative insight and practical tools to every coaching engagement. He works closely with young people to develop confidence, overcome fear, and embrace leadership—on stage, in classrooms, and in life. Whether coaching a seasoned executive or a teenager preparing for their first public address, Mietani’s goal remains the same: to help individuals communicate with purpose, lead with intention, and step boldly into every opportunity.

Mietani holds a BA Honours in Live Performance (AFDA, South Africa) and is a Master of Arts in Ogranizational Leadership (MOAL) candidate.
