She has held senior leadership roles at Coca-Cola Eswatini, where she built high-performing teams, strengthened operational excellence, and led major transformation initiatives across quality, sustainability, risk, and business continuity.

Over the years, Sipholesihle has coached and mentored emerging leaders, supported talent transitions into management roles, and contributed to frameworks that strengthen organizational capability and performance.
